Cupcakes Bakery & Deli, the premiere Gourmet Cupcake Shop in Tri-Cities, Wash., is a locally owned, family business.

What began as Milli’s Cupcakes opened in 2007 by entrepreneur Milli Banks-Boggan. Milli baked at the Pasco Specialty Kitchen and sold her  desserts at the Pasco Farmers market. Milli’s unique flavors and designs  were well received and requests for weddings, catering and special  events made it obvious that a brick and mortar location was the next  step.

Local residents remember Milli’s Deli from the 1980s and continually  requested that she offer Soul Food, too.  In 2009, Milli  opened shop in downtown Kennewick and Cupcakes Bakery & Deli was born.  Since then Milli  and  her team of talented decorators and artists have become well known for their creative skills.

Milli’s  baking and cooking, her Southern roots and friendly welcoming manner let you know you're  part of the family as soon as you walk through the door.  When your belly's full and sweet tooth satisfied,   you'll breathe easy and  feel the love of home.
